Jobscope:
- 1. Plan 1-year programmes and find potential collaborators/partners aligned with the vision and mission of Charisma Movement
2. Ensure the running of CM’s pilot project, Wildlife Conservation Project
3. Outreach and communication to other NGOs
3. Devise the officers’ work progress and delegate tasks effectively
4. Streamline the workflow of each project and communicate with other departments for transparency
5. Maintain good relationships among team members, collaborators, partners and volunteers
Criteria:
- 1. Strong connection with local and global NGOs
2. Ability to coordinate a team, responsible, organized, multi-tasking, self-driven and goal oriented
3. Strong sense of professionalism with collaborators
4. Experience in coordinating events related to the environment, supervising volunteers and outreach activities
5. Strong knowledge of environmental issues in Malaysia
6. Bold to try something new, creative, enthusiastic and passionate
