Inspire Initiative Director

"My experience with Charisma Movement (CM) started when my proposal was accepted for the Inspire Initiative (II), in which how The YANA Project: Breast and Ovarian Cancer was born. I will be forever grateful to CM as it opens up a platform for me to start the project, as without it, the YANA project might not have been formed at all. I would definitely recommend people to not be afraid of taking your chances by submitting your ideas through II; because it is truly a platform to transform your dreams into reality."

Jobscope:

    1. Prepare proposal & budget with the advice of the treasurer and executive directors to encourage the public to come up with ideas to advocate for a cause or key issue they would like to promote or tackle

    2. Choose a proposal that fits the theme of Inspire Initiative best, which is to promote volunteerism or encourage charity work while highlighting the current affairs in Malaysia & assist them in turning their ideas into reality

Criteria:

    1. Strong communications skills

    2. Attention to detail

    3. Able to meet deadlines

    4. Ready to commit to Charisma Movement beyond your job scope when necessary
