Sponsorship Officer

"My journey in Charisma Movement has been satisfying and fruitful, being around a community of friendly and like-minded people striving for the betterment of quality of lives in Malaysia and being involved in planning and execution of several fundraising and charity event has not only further developed me as an individual but also shed light on the significance of raising awareness on current societal issues in today’s youth."

Jobscope:

    1. Prepare all documents, proposals and emails for sponsorship

    2. Maintain contact list of current and potential sponsors

    3. Main and expand relationships with current sponsors

    4. Meet budgeted sponsorship goals and deadlines

    5. Liaise with treasurer and projects team to ensure all avenues of sponsorship are explored

Criteria:

    1. Strong project management, multitasking and decision making skills

    2. Preferably friendly and approachable

    3. Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills

    4. Able to identify potential sponsorship opportunities and reach out
