Since 2011, Charisma Movement has engaged over 620 volunteers in impactful projects across Malaysia, touching the lives of more than 2,000 students.
We’ve expanded from education initiatives to environmental conservation and health awareness, ensuring that our work not only benefits communities today but empowers them to sustain themselves tomorrow.
By fostering leadership and self-sustainability, we continue to drive lasting change, growing our reach and addressing critical issues one volunteer project at a time.

Project Anak Malaysia
Project Anak Malaysia (PAM) is a two-week programme for Standard 6 students at three primary schools in Sabah (SK Temuno Teringai Darat, SK Tumunda Salimandut, and SK Samparita). PAM focuses on academic and personal development, powered by youth volunteers. PAM aims to benefit students, teachers, and the local community while addressing education inequity.
Wildlife Conservation Project
Wildlife Conservation Project (WCP) was introduced in 2020 to include terrapins, mangroves and fireflies as our wildlife and environment of interest, while continuing exposure to turtle conservation efforts. We raised awareness of the importance of the mangrove ecosystem in protecting the shoreline and providing essential habitats to hundreds of species of wildlife.
